Slavišin post o Norveškoj me je podsetio na jednu jako zanimljivu stvar.
Naime, Norveška i dalje ima državnu religiju. U članu 2 Ustava piše: "All inhabitants of the Realm shall have the right to free exercise of their religion. The Evangelical-Lutheran religion shall remain the official religion of the State. The inhabitants professing it are bound to bring up their children in the same." U članu 4 piše: " The King shall at all times profess the Evangelical-Lutheran religion, and uphold and protect the same." A ovo je prosto sjajno (član 12, stav 2): "More than half the number of the Members of the Council of State shall profess the official religion of the State".
Dakle, ne samo da je Ustavom definisana državna religija, nego je nametnuta i obaveza roditeljima da svoju decu obrazuju i vaspitavaju u skladu sa državnom religijom. Što se Vlade tiče, najmanje pola članova moraju da budu vernici.
Ustav je, inače, donet još 1814. godine. Međutim, od tada je toliko puta menjan da su mogli baš da izbace i ove odredbe.
